The first step toward enjoying EasyGoingSurvey.com is to register. Then go to the "My Surveys" section.
CREATE A SURVEY:
Once in "My Surveys", click "New Survey" and select one of the following options:
- From scratch
- Use one of our 50 templates
- Copy one of your saved surveys
EDIT YOUR SURVEY:
Select the survey you wish to edit and click on "Edit Survey". You will be able to:
- Add or remove questions and pages
- Choose between 18 types of questions
- Add images associated with questions or answers
- Apply filters
CUSTOMIZE YOUR SURVEY OPTIONS:
Once the survey is edited, you can customize the survey and choose among the different options we provide. Select the survey and click on "Survey Options". Here you can:
- Customize operating parameters
- Choose the type of answer you need
- Insert a password to access your survey
- Share the survey results through a link
- Customize your survey design
- Insert the logo you want to display in the page header and footer.
- Customize colors
- Customize system messages (languages, content, etc.)
LAUNCH THE SURVEY AND COLLECT RESPONSES:
Now that the survey is completely personalized, choose the best method for gathering responses.
- Open the survey to the public, click on "Closed to the public".
- Select the survey and click "Survey Links".
- Choose the answer collecting method you need:
- From your e-mail
- From EncuestaFacil (e-mail)
- With a link on a website
- In a mobile device (PDA, Internet Kiosk, etc.)
- Call center
- Print the survey
ANALYZE RESULTS IN REAL TIME:
Once your survey begins to collect responses, you can see the results in "My Surveys". Select the survey and click "Analyze Results":
- View the results report in real time with frequency and percentage bars
- Download results in CSV format, used by Excel, SPSS and similar programs
- Apply filters to the report
- Consult the detailed responses of each individual questionnaire
